I've literally been stuck at the ssn screen for months and continuously having job offers by email but it's hard to explain that this app isn't working. I've tried uninstalling and force stop but nothing is working

Downloaded the app and it is froze before even allowing me login
Not working, full out the information on the first screen and then just didn't go any farther than that.
App crashed two times in one day.....
It won't let me get passed entering my social security number. It used to be a great app.
