No clear confirmation of a booking. Didn't manage to cancel through the all: had to call. No information the taxi is on the way (a GPS locating the taxi on the map, like almost any other taxi company, would be great)
Haven't found a way to create a profile to e.g. store frequently pickup addresses. The app doesn't store earlier entries either so one have to manually enter for each order even if a round trip. Leaving Information to the driver such as luggage and flight numbers is "hidden" under "additions". Luggage info should be like no of people i.e. drop down menu.
