Since you didn't reply my last message, I've got another problem with your delivery. Though there is a mentioned "at home delivery" anywhere on my order, I had to go to the post office and wait for an hour to get it. It was packed only in plastic bag, seriously? I am your client since 2014. I've always received my package in a week, in a box with delivery at home. I understand that there is COVID case with actual 6 weeks delivery, but packing, postal office? I want my delivery refund.
