App is failing constantly when trying to do simple things, like a payment. Getting technical errors all of sudden, or prompts saying to try again. Really annonying user experience.
Cannot login in the mobile app
Broken login, the app throws a "Login Failed" error even though the Access App works well with both pin and fingerprint. Managed to somehow log in once, tried to do an internal transfer of funds between my accounts and the app threw an "N03 Error". That causes it to crash and again can't log in.
The new app barely works
It doesn't work at all!!
I had a problem with this app so I reinstalled it. Problem is I forgot my contract number and I am out of Switzerland. I wish there is a help sign before logging in to prevent situations such as mine.
