App dont work, it closes out of no where.
I am never able to log into my account because the app always crashes
Stopped working, I am employer and when I called sure payroll they said they k ow there is issue however not eta on when it will work again. Their solution was to use we page from computer or phone browser.
This app used to be great...had no issues. Then they updated it and ever since it won't let me sign in...either with my password or fingerprint...it just stops. Tried calling several times and they did nothing. Told me to contact my employer. Did that and had to change my password twice and it still isn't letting me login.Thanks for no help. To find out my paycheck amount I now have to call my bank or ask my employer. Why can't you fix your app? This is not my doing.
