hard to get into app, was ok for awhile, then would not accept my password anymore (same os my on-line straight talk account. Then I could get into the APP by asking to send an e-mail to re-set my password, then I could get in without resetting my password. The last 3 times - no luck - today - 4/24/2022 it just says pending. I have a straight talk hotspot, I like to get my usage from the app. Websitse tells me 7GB/54 days left. The Ap would be more precise,,,saying 7.354 GB left.
It kind of does the job. Not all functions work as well as they should.
I'll just keep leaving 1star reviews till you either fix my phone or refund me for the past 4months of services I never received due to your failure to provide full services on the plans I've purchased
