Unable to change of route on map
Horrible experience, Driver keep calling asking for pickup route, inspite of having their own indigenous app. Then asked to share Google live location, again asked for WhatsApp inbuilt location. Finally, said nothing works, so called me to know landmark. When he reached our house after 40 mnts, asked to tell the route to reach destination, as fast-track app not working. Driver started to blame the office for not solving the app. Very worst driver, zero knowledge about app.

EDIT: Retaining my 1 STAR REVIEW. Just opened the App again after 2 yrs on seeing Gopinath the Star anchor of Vijay TV promoting Fast-track. Unfortunately was not able to add a simple Drop location inspite of a City ride to a key junction like Sholinganallur. It is not enough to onboard a Gopinath if you cannot fix fundamental issues. Did Gopinath really finish a booking from the buggy Fast-track App? At this rate the competition will continue their dominance inspite of your costly promotions.
