I have some customer service issues. The customer service is slow to respond. Meanwhile, they are holding my money. The recipients needed the money urgently and the money is tied up. Further, I reported an incident of fraud in which the money transfer was picked up by an unauthorized recipient. The situation even suggests that the agent in the country was in on the fraud. At least 7 days have passed and they have not even acknowledged the issue. They don't care about fraud? Very distressing.

I have downloaded this app for a month but I am not able to use. It keeps on closing whenever I want to upload my ID to activate it. I tried to reach your customer service but to no avail. I am getting upset now and I may delete it
Supersonicz is a scam platform I use this platform to send money since a month and 3 weeks and some days now my money has been on compliance hold no repond from them I call them many times no response send them emails no repond, I thought this app was nice I never new it was a scam page my money I work for is what they take for me my God we judge you people, you people better refund my money, my money has been on compliance hold since almost 2 months now no reply from you guys no emails no reply
