Klappt alles, probiert es aus ... macht Spaß.
First of all: Great that this service exists in Stuttgart. The app works fine and I became a frequent user in no time. There is one thing which could be much better: the scooter itself. I am also a user of Emmy in Berlin, and that scooter (Schwalbe from GOVACS) is more stable on the road and accelerates much faster than the model used in Stuttgart. The scooters Stella uses in Stuttgart are just ok, some extra power for the steep hills would be welcome.
Good system but combined with the worst system regarding open bills i ever experienced. Owned them 5 € which they could not deducted from my bank account.Instead of noticing me via email they only sent letters which i did not receive because i moved at the same time.So they contacted a debt collection company which managed to write me an email.Bad news now i own them 75 € instead of 5 € and have the pleasure to deal with the debt collection company. So not a recommended app. Avoid it.
You charge 19€ for account registration? Who does that?
Unnötig kompliziert Warum leitet mich die Bestätigungsemail nach meiner Registrierung auf "Wunder Fleet Backend" wo meine Anmeldedaten nicht akzeptiert werden?
