It's an easy way to send items they need. Easter and quicker, but for most people that know how to use the app or cell phone.
When uploading files, it would be nice to have an option to describe the file I'm uploading under the other tab. A write in. Thanks. 😊
There is a lot to be worked on with this app. It can be very irritating having to constantly go to the health and human services office because the app isn't working or a case doesn't show on my app page. I've gotten to the point where I refuse to use this app unless I have to, to turn in forms. This app should be completely re-done.
I have one one of the most up to date phones but still the picture quality sucks! Ive been asked to several times to reupload documents becase the documents uploaded were not leadagable !
It is very helpful im disabled and cant get around so this app.is good for ppl.shut in like me.
