Useless I purchased tickets but when I try to view them in the wallet the app crashes everytime
Awful, constantly crashing, won't display etickets
Woeful This is beyond poor. I keeps hanging or exiting completely when I try to sign in Can't see my tickets on it It's absolutely useless Tried again. Failed again. Pitiful and now uninstalled. Who on earth wrote this app? Have they heard about testing?
Awful. The card hardly ever loads at the station, nor can you load it via the app. It's absolutely useless.

Like their train service this app is useless. Crashes as soon as you try to load tickets which is the only useful feature.
