No ability to always turn off ANC, always turns on again when taken out of case, doesn't go well with wind so I always have to turn it off before running. Also, the flashing blue light is annoying (in the dark), flashed quite bright and since it can detect when not in the ear it should only flash after falling/taking it out. WF-1000XM3

Is there any possible way to hook my WF-1000XM4 earbuds to my computer? This is one of the things that would be really helpful, but the app cannot be downloaded to my laptop.

Firmware upgrade fails. I've tried with 3 different phones and Android version. App turns off the headset in the middle of the update. Now my left earbud is bricked.
