Buggy. Randomly crashes forcing a complete restart of the app, handset, and display base. Switching cameras does not work - crashes immediately upon selecting "side" camera. Not impressed, considering the cost of the tool and the name associated with it.

The app is unable to connect to my Snap On BK8500 using my Samsung S10e, Samsung Note 4, Samsung Galaxy S5, and Samsung Galaxy Tab A. The app will never find the wand and failed to connect entering the devices IP address manually. This was attempted on 3 separate Wifi networks and 1 mobile hotspot. I was however able to connect using my coworkers iPhone.
