Bad very bad. Scammed out of 320 euro. Airlines made full refunds but kiwi only gave back 80 euro. So 320 was stolen from me. 3 months sending emails and chats and have had no response from them. If you have money to throw away book a flight with kiwi of sure they will steal it from you. Avoid at all costs
The application doesn't let you create an account because no password is good enough and you cannot search preexisting bookings, only create a new booking.
So like many others here I'm trying to warn you. It might seem lucrative to book a cheap flight via their site but you have no insurance whatsoever. My flight got cancelled and they give you horrible options which make you lose all your money worst-case scenario and you can't go to the airline directly, since they use a different email and credit card to book the flight for you! The airlines can't help you or any law whatsoever so you're better off not booking via their site. No idea of the app.

Customer service doesn't exist. No phone number to call. Flight confirmation takes 24 and if one selects cheap flight most likely that reservation will be canceled next day. During confirmation waiting time price will increase
