Help buddy isn't working can't open or enter my logs.
For an app that they are charging as much as they are for you think they would put a snap on their programmers and fix the bugs. This would be a GREAT app for diabetes logging if it wasn't so unreliable. Every time I try to log a BS, food or medication log I have to enter it, then save and redo the entry 5 or 6 times before an entry shows up in my log. Sometimes I have to do more than 6 entries, its never just once and done. Its so frustrating. I do just keep at it because I need an app like this but its barely better then paper.
I've been using this for over 6 years. Still loving it. No more lost notebooks & no more struggling to keep good records. I can customize the program to include exactly what I eat too. Better than the $59.95 handheld I bought! Works with my pad and very easy to use, which means I actually use it. Updated 06/11/2016 & 04/10/2021 I'm still a big fan and so are my doctors who love all the charts. Thanks guys for making life a lot easier.

I needed this app as I am newly diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Trying to log my food literally worked one out of ten times. I even enrolled in the premium version and it still didn't work. I tried this for five days, no fixes to the glitches. I don't have time to deal with these kinds of issues that are happening to many others too. Don't waste your time, look for another app that properly logs your carbs.
