써본 모바일 증권프로그램 중 최악이네요. 고객정보를 변경하려고 3단계(ARS 인증까지 완료 시키고) 까지 가서야 모바일 OTP로 인증하라면서 지난 단계를 다 리셋하는 등 사용성을 전혀 고려하지 않은 프로그램입니다. 고객의 시간을 어떻게 생각하고 이렇게 프로그램을 만들었는지 정말 한탄스럽습니다.
