This application is meant to be used as an e-diary for the patients enrolled in the SIP study. Sip study is a randomized, double blind, multi-centered, placebo controlled study of Simvastatin in the treatment of idiopathic chronic pancreatitis.This e-diary is designed for making the patientās work easy as well as for the study coordinators to assess the record of patientās health.The e-diary contains information of the particular patient which records:ā¢ Pain scoreā¢ Hospital admissionā¢ Medicine taken for painā¢ Any other symptomsThe Patients enrolled in the study just need to fill basic information about themselves such as patient ID number, age, gender, contact number and Site location.
