Not able to log in into google a/c., and create backup.

Well designed training including warm up and stretches either side of gradual raising of effort to reach the goal. Some minor frustrations. If you fail to complete a session it skips the stretches, and you can't get back to them without pretending to do the next training. It is too easy to skip a warm up exercise by picking the phone up wrong. The warm ups with a timer can start straight away - no way to pause or restart. Otherwise a nice app that has encouraged me to persevere regularly.

Тест не очень удачный. Я отжимаюсь 25 раз, но для меня сложный уровень 16-20 (сейчас занимаюсь на нём). То есть если бы я выбрал 20-25, что соответствует моему уровню, это было бы просто невозможно выполнить.
