Great app. Some grammatical problems, but you get the idea. The poor grammar can give you that feel that it's a third world app and that there may be some malicious intent but it had been vetted. Only problem I have have is when I try to jump screens in between tests on my Samsung S9, i inadvertently hit the "next" or "finish" button.

It's a good app and it really helped me. My only problem is that it gives tips and is geared for men and only men. I really don't have a problem with that, but I'd be cool to have tips for woman as well.

Awesome and simple app. I have been progressing steadily. The pre-workout warmup is, in my limited experience, superior to many other fitness apps. I often use this warmup before starting with other apps' warmups
