Been on this app less than a week and their servers have been down twice. Was at Marshalls last night and the app didn't give me my walk in points. Not very reliable.

Loved it until lately. Ongoing issues of saying a receipt has already been submitted when it wasn't, or saying items aren't on the receipt that are clearly on the receipt. Also not getting walk in kicks for at least 2 weeks, it keeps telling me that I have 30 minutes to find stronger signal. And no way I can find to report issues besides doing this. Most other apps have a "report problem" feature. Might consider doing that, Shopkick.

I installed the app but it won't let me passed location. my location's on. I can't get past that screen
Cant upload reciepts i go in stores and you say shopkick is offline right now I've even downloaded my credit card with you and used it you didn't give me no point so now I'm deleting you
Recently I'm not able to get my video kicks. This has become very frustrating. Notified shopkicks about problem and they gave me 10 kicks, but now situation got worse.
Updated 4-20-22: More problems by incompetent developers. Inconsistent Quick Kick videos. One day, 10+ available. Next 2-3 days, only 1-2 available. No Discover kicks. Why can't you have consistent, reasonable number of Quick Kicks/Discover kicks per day? [Old 4-18-22: The video crediting problem fixed. Videos load more consistently. Few Kicks available in Discover tab. 4-14-22: Quick Kick Videos load inconsistently. The app also offers very few, USUALLY ZERO, Discover kicks.]
