The in-app camera doesn't focus and pictures I take with my normal phone app won't upload. Also having random crashes. I thought I could add packs of ammo by scanning the bare code, but that doesn't seem to work for me.
Looked for something like this for a while and tried most others. This one is by far the best for logging. Tried the free version and upgraded to pro after 15 minutes. Export logs to .pdf or .csv and import to and from Excel works fantastic. Love it!
This app is awesome if you own multiple firearms. The support team is excellent and the few times that I have had a question, they have responded with an answer almost instantaneously. I would highly recommend this app and I would also like to thank the development team for putting out a great product with outstanding support.
I had high expectations for this app. Sorry to say I have run into unexpected issues at almost every step. First, when initially setting up, you are asked if you want to password protect. I selected no, assuming, incorrectly, that I could do that later. Now I have no option to require a password, yet the app asks for one each time it opens. After a few seconds delay, the app continues without the password. The in app camera works okay for the firearms, but produces out of focus, unreadable photos of documents such as licensed and memberships. I was excited to have an option for scanning a UPC code to add ammo to my inventory. The app reads the code perfectly and populates the UPC field accurately. You only need to add manually the brand, model, type, caliber, number of rounds per box, bullet type and weight. I thought Iād only be adding the number of boxes and the cost. So, again, all it adds is the UPC, which I donāt need and could add faster manually if I did. Adding range sessions can be as detailed or generalized as you wish, and the ammo is deducted from your inventory automatically. Be sure you are accurate, though, because if you delete a session the ammo count doesnāt change back. It gets three stars because the features that work are useful. I think at $10 a pop itās lacking. I also think the developer may see an increase in paid downloads if some of these issues are addressed.
