Works great with an ethernet or strong wifi connection. Without Internet connection it depends on your CDMA signal strength. Connection time may take a while through cellular if less than 3 bars.

Doesn't work.
The load times are amazing long. Sometimes it even gets stuck in an endless load cycle so I am unable to am and disarm the alarm from the app.
App doesn't work most of the time. Very frustrating especially when you're in a hurry and can't arm remotely. So unsatisfied
Unreliable and very slow. Very hard time connecting to my alarm system, most of the time, it times out.

This app is horrible. It only worked twice for me. My account was stuck and never refreshed. It continued to display an error message " Bad User" !? I will be contacting EMC today by phone and via email about this issue. If the app maker can't seem the develop an app useful to their clients they need to find a developer that can get the job done properly. Even the previous version was made by the same developer and received more low reviews than good ones! This not worth the extra money I am being charged to have remote access to my alarm system. Not to mention the generic look of the app is terrible! I wish there was a way I could give 0 stars!
