The app won't remember my password when it was reset. It tells me it's incorrect and must go through forgot password every time I wish to login.
Had someone write me some bad checks. Explorers closed my account even though I paid the money back.
Very handy. it works well most of the time, sometimes it won't let me transfer money but otherwise I like it.
I love this credit union but this app is very disappointing. Everytime I have tried to remote deposit the app consistently ruins the photos I take and it takes forever to hear anything back about it. I can't always make it to the bank so I was excited to be able to remote deposit but this system is clearly bugged.
This app was great untill a recent update now I am no longer able to view all my accounts through my main account. I now have to remember 3 seperate logins, very inconvenient. Hope it is fixed soon or I will have to find a new bank.
