When you select "Nearby Scanners" the app first attempts to determine your location via the network, if that fails the app then tries to determine your location via GPS.nnā¢ The "Photos/Media/Files" / "modify or delete the contents of your USB storage" permission is required in order to allow you to record the audio youre hearing and be able to save it to a location that you can access from your computer.

Pretty darn good! I suppose there are flaws somewhere but I havent found them, just one Tracker from Verizon. (Blocked by the Duck). I really like this app. The best that I have found since this type started coming out.
works well most of the time. sometimes alerts are a bit slow.

Went from 4 stars to 1. Why? It worked firn for some time and now it plays for about 30 seconds of audio and then cuts out or the app shuts down.
I absolutely love this app. Why? When it comes to going to war... The only the only thing I would be good at is sucking dick ... where is tri counties or Benton county???
