This app is pretty poor. I opened a business account with Santander largely because the personal banking app is excellent and having a good app is important for my business. Unfortunately this app is nothing like the personal banking app. No biometric login, you can't add a payee, not intuitive, making payments is quite difficult and I cannot see that's its possible to change the reference after the first payment to a payee. All of this indicates Santander is not good for mobile business banking

I can't begin to describe how bad and truly unfit for purpose this app is. It's almost like it's designed for primary school kids opening their first bank account. You can check your balance and that's your lot. As for my actual card, I've lost track of the amount of times my pin has locked for no reason when I'm trying to use it for making purchases.

Just Dire. Will give it until my reduced fee period ends to see if this is updated (unlikely judging from lack of any updates in YEARS), but no way is this worth more compared with competitors. Update 2021- I have closed my account, as above it was not worth the fee when this is the main point of access for me, as many branches have been closed also. I would give 0 stars if it was possible.

Log in frequently broken. No option to show password as you type. Won't allow changes of references. Can't add new payees in the app. Massively flawed. Worst banking app I have

Worst banking app in the world

Painfully poor experience - set up refers to logging online then no further clues. The online set instructions were different to what showed on my phone... I'll stop here, I've wasted enough time.

Used this app for a number of years and although it works ok it seems very much out of date compared to its personal account equivalent. It's in need of some updating, especially with the addition of being able to scan and pay a cheque in using the app, like many other banks are doing. Also, it doesn't use biometrics to log in making the sign in process longer.
