This card/company is probably one of the worst prepaid cards out there. I have had direct deposit to Rushcard for over 11 years. I urge anyone, go elsewhere. Customer service is a joke. If you are even able to speak to someone they are rude and for me I can barely understand them through the accents. Rushcard has no appreciation, rewards, or perks for long time loyal customers. Their fees are outrageous. You will never win on your entrys for whatever contest or promotions. DONT DO IT!! JUST DONT

Having complication getting in touch with the representative when you need them to find out about balance or what's going on with your card.

It doesn't let me validate codes very sorry app also the atm locator is not accurate at all alot of the ATM's listed is out of network and the non English speaking individual had no clue your services is very whack
