Has helped me immensely in my fitness journey
Another issue I discovered around October 2021--the app would freeze around the 8km mark and I have to restart the app in order to get it to continue tracking longer runs. Runkeeper support said this was a known problem. This means my runs are broken into series of 8km runs. It is now 6 months after I reported this problem and it is still happening. So it looks like this issue is not important enough to deserve attention.
I never subscribed and I was billed for a subscription. I can even see on the app where I have a subscription or how to cancel. I need a refund asap! I've never had a paid subscription to runkeeper.
All of the sudden in last week or so it doesn't track the first part of my run. Something is broken in the app as the GPS works fine in all other apps.
The apps getting unreliable recently, the data not capture, apps hang, lost lot of importance records, very disappointed
