Estimation application downloads and cost
Just bought the ring doorbell a month ago. Worked great initially. Now when I try to view from my phone I get 'can't load locations'. My husband (who could not care less about having a doorbell) has no problem accessing everything from his phone. Today I followed the suggestion to uninstall and reinstall the app.. now I can't even log in .. 'we can't perform that action right now please try again later.' COMPLETELY USELESS!
Ring is brilliant I feel safe knowing I can see who is at my door
The app is easy to navigate
Has some default with this app, lag time...comestgrough after people have walked away. Don't get notifications in time.

For a week or so, Can no longer view back more than a couple clips, on my phone OR my laptop!!! It FREEZES!!!
Takes forever to load when you open app. Arming and disarming is a joke as app always says alarm offline. Alarm has gone off numerous times due to this. I have to force stop numerous times before able to use app. Uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. Doesn't matter, it just spins. Any class actions yet?
