RenovaApp is an initiative of the Energy Research Company, which aims to assist the user of flex vehicles in the economic and environmental decision of choosing the best fuel to be consumed.The system uses the IMMETRO database, which contains specific consumption information provided by vehicle manufacturers.The application provides environmental information to the user of how much the vehicle pollutes the environment with the release of carbon dioxide.For greater intelligibility, a comparison of the vehicles CO2 emission with the absorption capacity of trees is also made.
