Poor utility. Zelle does not work. Every zelle transaction requires about 45 mins of phone calls just to get it to go through. Regret having an account.

I don't know about checks, but I use the app to transfer between my savings and deposit, and I check my balance because I have to so I don't get a $35 fee. It works half the time. It doesn't work later in the day for whatever reason. Half the time I can't even log in because it says it's unavailable or it just trips. The transfers work but I'd like to see my balance more often.
