This app has only worked about 4 times since I did the upgrade it just sits there trying to open it worked fine before the upgrade uninstalling

This update has been a lesson in frustration. Followed all instructions and still did not open. Uninstalled it twice and finally worked.
App is riddled with ads that make it difficult to read news stories. Many stories repeat making you scroll through old news to find current news. More tabloid type news than relevant news stories. Update 4/6/21 when you click on a headline to see the story, the app shows you a glimpse, then flashes to a blank screen. If you hit the back button it takes you to the home screen.
When clicking on Top Stories, drilling down on a story, then scrolling, the screen goes white with only the nbc12 banner at the top.
Layout of articles is chaotic...liked the old app better. Can`t swipe through articles, need to go back to main page every time. My main complaint is that the text size is fixed to micro , even though there is a setting to adjust.

They spew the same fake news as all the other MSM outlets. And it has a TON of ads. Uninstalled.
