The QPer (Quality Assessment for Perumnas Products) application is an application for assessing and monitoring the quality of landed houses in the Perum Perumnas environment.Feature:1. The dashboard displays the average value of all contracts in one project2. Percentage of nonconformity findings within a one month period and accumulated3. Assessment of the quality of the house for each work sequence through 3 points per NDR4. Work parameters in the form of 12 items consisting of structural, architectural & MEP work5. Upload photos of the house facade and physical progress6. Recapitulation of total defects and counting open/closed status in real-time7. The closing verification menu can only be accessed by the project leader account8. The Assessment Resume displays the development contract score and the score for each NDR9. Share feature to send non-conformance status reports and development contract scores10. Early Warning System (EWS) feature to remind you of the deadline for closing findings
