The app itself is perfect .. but useless. The city does not have enough resources to be able to handle the influx of requests this app brings. Any requests posted have an average completion of around 10%. You're better off calling the city directly if you want a response

helps, easy way to get issues noticed and even though it might take a while for the issue to be resolved, it's helping by bringing attention to the issues. As a wise man once told me, squeaky wheel gets the oil... let's keep these issues visible to out city
