Very helpful app to do the exercises

Really easy to use and helpful

This is a really handy app to have,it helps me to stick to a plan, and reminds me when I need to do the exercises. It also helps me time my squeezes, and helps with the intensity too

Brilliant for keeping you on track

I like that the sessions are customisable and that it gives you reminders. Nice simple interface too.

The app is a helpful reminder to do the exercises daily.

Works well, has definitely increased my time doing the exercises, focused my attention and improved my pelvic floor already in just a couple of weeks. Only not given 5* because given that you pay for the app it's pretty dull to look at! Could be more interesting when doing the exercises, only a minor point I know!
