WAS TOLD AFTER TRYING TRYING AND TRYING THAT NOW I MUST GO TO COMP/LAPTOP TO GET "MOBILE APP" TO SIGN IN THE MEANTIME ITS SAT AND THEYRE CLOSED NOW. YET RIGHT BEFORE IT CLOSED I REACHED DIANE SHE SAID ALL I HAD TO DO WAS KEY IN FSB AND LAST OF SOCIAL. I GOT CLOSER BUT NOW ITS SAYING ITS LOCKED BE OUT FOR FRAUDLENT REASONS. OK GUESS I'LL STICK THE OLD PHONE CALL METHOD ---- WHAT A JOKE
