Kept crashing as soon as my phone was finally connected. Horrible!
this app keep stopping many times and cannot connect to my gallery!!!

It won't connect to a 2nd device and won't pick up the paper. 40 sheets of photo paper going to waste!
Sony XZ premium can't connect to the printer. Both wifi and NFC can't find my device. Hope to fix the error soon, thx.
Does not support Pixel devices. Started with a Google Pixel 2, app constantly showed "not connecting to the printer" or "no printer connected". I checked online for reviews and noticed a lot of Pixel 3 users saying this printer was not compatible with this phone. Upgraded to a Pixel 4, same issues. Never got to print a photo with this so I can't speak to the quality of the images, but I can say this printer does not work with Google Pixel devices.
