when it did work, it showed my child 1-2 blocks away from where child actually was. making me call to verify with school/etc that child was theed and not where the app said they were. most of the time, app did not detect child's device (even when side by side & both streaming with 4g), would not let me unpair to repair with child's device. out of vexation, had to uninstall and note pay again for reinstallation. if doesn't work again, complete waste of money.

Very easy to set up tracking of my childs phone. Great user interface. I haven't tested it for very long but it seems to work VERY well!

Works ok on android phone to android but have to purchase app again for apple devices. Once installed on ipad air it will not function or pair with child device. Although address given as being in usa their web site offers little or no support and is in German language only. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I've been asking for my money back which I haven't received due to at first the app wouldn't recognize my child's name and now at the startup page it says weak connection or permanent block! It feel this app is not worth it for the fact that if it can't even load or recognize names there is no way I would trust it to monitor my child's location! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PEODUCT! I was also notified that there were only 2 people on the entire system that have this issue which sounds totally absurd!

This app works great and does exactly what it says. I do have one suggestion though. It would be really nice to be able to define multiple persistent safe/play zones (i.e. school, etc) and get arrival/departure notifications for these zones...this can be accomplished to some extent with the existing software, but only for 2 hours at a time. I think this would be a nice addition. Love the app, keep up the good work!

The app has an impressive suite of GPS features enabling you to track your child. It is great for peace of mind when you can't physically be there. It's also pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.
