Very frustrating receiving notifications stating "allowance wasn't paid today due to insufficient funds" hours after allowance had already been paid. Today on the home screen is a warning that allowance won't be paid today even though the money is waiting in the parent account shown directly above your warning.

Always been fantastic. Had this gor 10years. But now won't let me in via password or biometric. What's going on????

They canceled my parental account for no reason. Took three tries to set back up and lost all my sons badges. Already gave them deposit for second setup or would just go elsewhere. So disappointed my son has been an extreme advocate for go Henry. Hours of wasted time should have been working.

Good app. I think parents should be able to approve purchases as some "unapproved" are legit purchases and it makes the child just get cash and buy a prepaid card to buy things themself which has no controls.
