Lightning Trigger™ App can be used to detect and capture flashes and is simple to use. The Lightning Trigger App is a high quality, ultra-sensitive lightning/flash capture app designed to provide the photographer with the ability to photograph lightning easily during the day or at night.Developed By Pixel Tech (http://www.pixeltech.co.in/) under license agreements with Stepping Stone Products LLC (http://www.lightningtrigger.com/)

Worked just like it said it would. The camera would fire for even the CC flashes as well as CG that weren't in the cameras view. Well worth the money. :-)

Samsung Galaxy note 2 not any luck first time, but waiting for another chance for this app, not many thunder storms in Helsinki Finland unless they cross from Russia or Estonia, and don't lose energy over the Baltic sea. perhaps little information on sensitivity slider ,,,, ie 1 very sensitive or not sensitive

I hate it when I have my camera pointed in one direction and a gigantic bolt strikes in the opposite direction but thanks to the Lightning Trigger App I can have both areas covered! It's also great for sharing awesome lightning photos via Twitter or Facebook when it happens instead of waiting to get home to process photos. Marcelo Albuquerque @COSpotter_MJA

The application does not trigger with lightning. There was several nice and bright lightning bolts, but no image was taken. Then it triggered few times with no lightning. I tried several settings, most of the time 10.

This app works better than I expected in capturing individual Lightning Bolts in any lighting. The only problem is on occasion the app will stop working. Granted, this mainly happens when I initially load the app or try to open one of my two galleries.

Poor quality pictures I am so sorry that I paid for it

I bought this app last night when our Monsoon was rolling through and I had it set to 10, it took about 6 pictures and every single one of them was black. Even when taking the pix myself, I do a bit better than that. Wish I wouldn't have paid that much. :(
