DO NOT USE THIS APP. I created a photo book on the app, which took ages. But when I went to buy it it wouldn't upload it. I tried it numerous times over the course of a weekend. I phoned customer services who basically said, 'we're still developing the app. It can be temperamental at times.' I logged out of the app and back in as a last resort but that lost my photo book altogether! Hours of work down the drain! The website is better I think but personally I've given up with photobox. đ¤
Easy to use and good range of products, plus fantastic offers!
I spent hours creating an album for mothers day and chose Photobox because they promised delivery in time for Sunday. I'm really disappointed that the app isnt allowing me to now make the purchase. When uploading the 'creation' the app signals that the upload is complete but frustratingly the 'continue' function never becomes available preventing the user from progressing to payment stage. Today I can't even view my album. If you're an Android user i would avoid. Maybe it works on IOS.
It takes a special kind of experience for me to bother writing a review but this app is horrific. Filled with bugs, awful user experience, unintuitive, regularly fails to upload / loses creations. Wasted hours upon hours using Photobox and the only thing their support could recommend was restarting the app. Desktop marginally better but I'm done using them. Sporadic flash offers not worth the bother. AVOID.
Spent 2 hours selecting the images to then be told that it couldn't be processed. Absolutely awful app.
