I've been using this app for many years. It has truly been a convenience having a second line on my phone so I do not have to give out my main phone number for work. Just recently I have noticed that when I have my VPN on I am not able to receive or send any text messages. People are missing my responses and I am missing theirs. Just a little upsetting to me because I have opted to pay for this app. I feel that I should not have any type of restrictions.
Unreliable and glitchy. I use this professionally and I have had to uninstall and reinstall three times in the last month. Could be very cool, particularly with VoIP calling, but is too unpredictable.

It doesn't appear to accept verifications yet it doesn't give me an error message. Totally unacceptable.
I had an issue I contacted support and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded to my email and resolved my issue so quickly. I am very happy with Sideline.
I've had this for about 6-7 months now and it worked ok at first, but the last 2 months or so, when I get calls, it comes up as RANDOM area codes from different states! When I do business in 1 state, it's very hard to get calls that show from 5 different states, but they're actually in my state! I use this for work, but I'm so frustrated with the service, that I'm willing to end my subscription and chage my number completely and get a new service, because this one is dangerously unreliable.
