Bonsoir, mon ancien profil était toujours dans mon nouveau téléphone. Du coup, impossible pour moi d'utiliser l'application. Je viens d'avoir le service technique, l'astuce, aller dans paramètres/applications/mybank et vider cache et historique. Ensuite, créer un nouveau profil. Merci pour le super service !!
The app is not working well on Samsung S10! My user is recognised, but when I try to access my accounts, the login fails (after entering pin and clicking "enter", nothing happens)...
hi, tha app was working fine but recently i'm unable to login. no clue why! additionally it's lacking a lot of functionality eg. qr code payment and other nice features other banking apps have.
Old, malfunctions often, no updates. Even though they claim: "We regularly update the application so we can make it better for you. Get the latest version for all of the available features and improvements." Last updated november 2018. Over 9 months ago... This is edging me to leave the bank completely.
I cannot log on anymore. The instructions to solve the problem ask me to delete the profile and create a new on but it is not possible. I click on delete profile,confirm and nothing happens. Even uninstallins and installing again I see no change. I canno t lig on and I canno t delete the profule nor create a new one.
