being a worker in the field this program does not let me look up customers

Google should not allow this app on the store I mean I would give this app a negative 10 stars if I could and the CEO should sell it or just not support it
I need to use this app everyday for work to see my jobs. Unfortunately the app didn't even work, has crashed since day one. But the customer service was great and after a few email they posted a new update and got it working for me.
Trash service company software.
Since using this app I've experienced freezing, glitches, having to always restart the app, problems with customer signatures not saving and this effecting payroll, not happy and can't wait for the company I work for to use a different app like service titan. Payroll effects my pay every week, if I could put zero stars I would do so.
