Estimation application downloads and cost
Very awkward UI. Apparently there's a default setting in account settings that ends your parking session after 12 hours unless you specifically tell it not to š¤ and it won't mention this to you at all throughout the booking process. Not great if you're planning to stay 12+hrs and your session expires while you're dead asleep at 4am...
Helpful help desk when I needed them. Blue tooth issues when using the app to open the gate. Overall satisfied.
Easy to navigate, quick payments. Plenty of affordable parking available. One suggestion, photos should be there for every listing.
They have flat rates for 24 hours but the app ends your parking after 12 hours automatically! Didn't like it. Won't use it again.
2nd time in a week another car was parked in the bay I booked. When reported my session was ended and I was not even able to open the gate and support team took 20 minutes to take the call.

Tried to use a coupon code in an advertisement and it didn't work. Very disappointing and a waste of time.
