I bought all 4 of these P4P Apps they are all very effective and there's so much value! Ton of variety I never get board! Various workouts, with various music, and it counts for you! Very motivational. Shows muscles being worked, keeps track of your workouts, and has a mobile friendly Web site! Since I started using this it's been SO much easier to be consistent, and results are nice!! Thanks P4P!!
