The only way to see your transfer activity via app is by checking the box 'saved transfer' but now an error code appears and I can no longer see that. You don't even have the option if you do a transfer on your desktop. So now I'd have to call in everytime to inquire about external transfer history. Never seen this before and this app is not as convenient like many other apps.
App. Isn't working shows error when trying to sign in.
I was using the app without any problems but I got a new phone and now I cannot set up a quick access pin code. I was able to set it up on my iPad but it appears the Android version will not work.
Don't use this crappy bank. Drop their rates and charge ridiculous fees. Cash grab. Stay away! there's better options
The latest update made the app worse. It now tells me to set up mobile access, which I already had. It removed my biometric log in and stored password. Maybe I need to code your app, for you?
I've had this app for a few years now, I loved the easy access to my accounts, but for the past few days, I haven't been able to log in at all. I even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. It won't accept my log in and always says "an error occurred". Once this is fixed, I'll fix my review, because I really want to give it 5 stars. Update: The issue has been fixed. Thank you again for taking the time to reply to my review!
