took a week to sync my toothbrush via Bluetooth then it suddenly happened
"Phone is not connected to any other bluetooth device.. " I would assume my hearing aids, oxygen machine, would be considered Bluetooth devices. Must stay connected. Location settings are on.. required to be on. In app connections. Like un install app.. re install app.. re boot phone.. tooth brush fully charged? New phone galaxy a32.
Tried so many times to connect my brush and says found it but then nothing shows up.. after ur advice it works fine thanks

New device. Easily conducted for the first time. Second time? It just won't connect again. I read some other people's comments. Hard to believe that you recommended to disconnect any other Bluetooth device to make this work. Haven't decided yet, we'll probably return the thing. Terrible REQUIREMENT. This should not be advertised as a feature of the phone if it really does not meet Bluetooth rules.
