Not able to use my ola money from last 20 days, not able to pay bills through this, even not able to purchase gv through ola postpaid, even I emailed customer support and also tweet to them but no resolution, worst service ever.

I am unable to reactivate my Ola Money account as KYC procedure gets stuck at OTP verification. My money is stuck

Worst experience....I have been asking for the same damn issue multiple times and they say it's a technical error, but it isn't. Whenever I book ticket in Redbus or Abhibus and give passenger contact number in that app, why the hell does Ola team directly send the OTP to their number while the booking is happening from my phone? Why can't you give an option to choose the account? FYI...I raised this issue for more than 5 times till now explaining clearly the issue. Your tech team sucks.

I am neither able to transfer money nor I am able to withdraw my money. Totally disappointing app. Can not be trusted.
