Website never works when I need it, I'm paying off my balance and going to discover, this happens every time I try to log in.

Excellent financial institution with outstanding customer service! The app is fast and easy to use, also. I would like the option to perform interbank transfers on the mobile app; I use this feature often on the netteller website and wonder why it isn't included in the app. Also, when I scan a check in to the mobile banking, it would be nice to see some kind of "pending review" status just to confirm to me that I did indeed submit the forms correctly and have to wait. But gr8 overall!
