Use the app to pay for products and services, transfer money to any other smartphone user (P2P transfer), send Myney digital Gift Voucher that is redeemable in more than 500 shops, top up your mobile, pay bills , send money to any bank account in the world and send or receive Western Union Money Transfers.Myney Payment Account can be funded through cash deposit, card top-up, bank transfer or from another Myney account. Registration for a Myney Payment Account is quick and secure; simply click Register and follow the on screen instructions. Once registered, you can personalise your account through a number of settings within the app.You can view all your transactions either within the app or through the Myney web application using the same login details. The web application allows you to have access to your account on a larger screen for more comfort.Every user is rewarded for loyalty, whereby loyalty point(s) earned for every Euro spent are converted to Myney Gift Vouchers on your gift account. I have downloaded this app and seems very innovative. However I am stuck in the initial part when you set up the account. In the part where the screen turns into a camera to scan your ID document there is no other option but a cross. This leaves me with no alternative to continue further. Seems like a bug. Thanks for your help

What a shifty registration process either you change the way the document is scanned or improve it you think people have enough time to waste in getting the doc exactly in the frame

Upon scanning my ID I get a warning message: A communication error occurred, retry later. I have tried it multiple times with a reliable internet connection. doesn't work

Registration process is appalling and is very complex and apparently needs to be finalised in some way with a visit to one if their offices! (No thanks). App overall doesn't feel high quality.

Service offered not clear. UI is quite bad. Visiting outlet is a thing of the past. Charged €1 to call call centre to ask what is my username. Many things to change to be able to compete. Goodluck ;)
